Adalto and his crew are knowledgeable and careful. Adalto communicates regularly about when he will be on site, and the work that will be completed that day. His work proposals are carefully laid out. He was helpful in explaining to me where I could cut costs, and what could not be compromised. The crew puts drop cloths throughout the traffic areas in the house, and clean up beautifully at the end of the day. And I love the attention to detail!

Reliable Tile did a full bathroom renovation for us. What sets them apart is their commitment to doing things the right way when it comes to prep work, and overall attention to detail. The tile work is excellent, and so is the waterproofing and quality of the materials behind the tile. They are a really nice group of guys and were a pleasure to have around our house for a few weeks.

I can say more about this company I called them on a Saturday morning and they responded. They were in my home by the following Wednesday. I received an email from the owner confirming the appointment. I received an call from the owner the morning of the appointment. My objective was to re grout the bathroom ( secondary to a water leak). He assessed the situation and completed the project. Caveat: I live in the back bay. Not many folks welcome the back bay for projects due to parking .He is a gem. He looked beyond that. I am a physician that has little time not to mention little understanding of plumbing/leak issues. I have the utmost respect for this company that treats a customer with respect. 5.0+++++ stars

Adalto and his worker were great!, They arrived on time, prepped for neatness, set up quickly, and were truly perfectionists taking great pride in doing the job in a highly skilled manner quickly, neatly and having watched every part of the job, I was very impressed with their eye for detail! You won't be disappointed if you use Adalto!

Hire these guys! Reliable Remodeling Contractors tiled 4 bathrooms, a large entryway, a fireplace and an outside porch of my new home. They did an amazing job with some very difficult circumstances. For my kids bath I had a multicolor tile pattern and Adalto's crew laid it out for me to approve before the fixed anything to the floor. I appreciated them giving me the opportunity to see it first, but it didn't make any difference because they did a wonderful job assorting the colors so they looked great. They managed to tile a curb-less walk in shower with a large scale tile and everything flows into the drain as it should. We also has a diagonal pattern going in the entryway and they figured it out beautifully and it looks stunning. Overall I was so happy with the time and care they took on the rooms of my house. They thought things through and always acted professionally. They were neat when working in finished areas of the house and left the place immaculate when they left. They started and finished the job in a timely manner even staying late or coming by on weekends (after asking permission which was nice) if they needed too. I am thrilled to give Reliable a 5 star rating!
